		<description>Well, Paul, I hate to say it, but you're right. And boy, do I have egg on my face for perpetuating a myth. One disadvantage of being around as long as I have, some pre-internet stories linger as they weren't properly checked. Consider this a lesson learned.

I did some poking around, and &lt;a href="http://www.wired.com/politics/law/news/1997/01/1484" rel="nofollow"&gt;a Wired article from 1997&lt;/a&gt; seems to have a pretty decent version of the mistake I just made.
