The book talks about 4 main honest signals - Influence, Mimicry, Activity &amp; Consistency - all of these play into your concept of &quot;charismatic community moderation.&quot;  These 4 signal types can make or break a community leader. We&#039;ve noticed that it&#039;s hard for some brand to let down their walls to allow their community managers to let them exercise charisma, b/c they are so used to marketing communications. To be successful, we&#039;ll need to follow your best practices reco above: &quot;Engagement, trust and cooperation are the foundations of a well moderated and productive community.&quot;</description>
